Brooklyn Brewery in Brooklyn, NY has made one hell of a good Weisse Bier. It's called Brooklyner Weisse. This hefeweissen is light and fruity and is difficult to put down. This beer is perfect to stock in your fridge for a backyard cookout and would be equally at home poured in a tall, chilled glass to share a table setting with a fillet mignon.
